Piyush Patel Property Consultant operates out of G 10 in the Bh Complex. You can find us in Karelibaug, which is a very active part of town, right near the Utkarsh Petrol Pump. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to just wander in when they are looking for a place to stay or sell. The office has a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out on the street looking at different houses and plots. Karelibaug is a place where everyone seems to be looking for something, and we try to help them find it. We don't have any flashy brochures or a big marketing budget. Mostly, people find out about us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign while filling up their tanks at the petrol pump. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a few people in at once, but we just pull up another chair. We deal with all sorts of paperwork and legal things that can be a headache, so we try to keep it simple for the people who come to us.
