It’s a busy part of town, so parking is usually a bit of a headache if you arrive after ten in the morning. Our office isn't anything special to look at. Just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a whole lot of paper. We do engineering work, mostly calculations and planning for different projects. The guys in the back are usually hunched over their screens or talking about a specific measurement. We’ve been at this location for a while now. You get used to the sounds of the traffic from the road below. Sometimes we order tea from the stall across the street when the afternoon slump hits. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just do the work that comes in. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. It’s a small team here. We don't bother with suits or ties unless there’s a really big meeting, which doesn't happen too often. We just show up, get the engineering bits sorted, and go home to our families. It’s a decent living and it keeps us occupied. That’s pretty much the whole story for us.
