We run Pelton Power Technologies Pvt Ltd out of the GIDC Estate in Por Ramangamdi, specifically at plot 197 2. It is an industrial area, so it is mostly just factories and large warehouses around our building. We work on power technology equipment. It involves a lot of heavy metal, thick wires, and various types of machinery. Our building is not much to look at from the outside, just a regular industrial shed like all the others on this road. Inside, it is usually quite loud when we have the machines running for a project. We spend our days checking technical specs and making sure everything is built correctly. It is a dusty environment, but that is just life when you work in a GIDC estate. We do not have a fancy front office with a receptionist to greet people. You just walk in and you will likely find us in our work clothes out on the floor. We have been here for a while now and we know the other business owners in the estate. We share tools sometimes or help each other out with moving heavy stuff. It is a very practical and honest way of working. We are not doing big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our clients are other industrial companies who need what we make. It is just steady, technical work. We keep the machines turning.
