Payal Bricks

Started at Roses Garden. The Navayard area gets quite busy during the mornings. We spend most of our time here at Payal Bricks just keeping up with the orders that come in from around Pavanpark Society. It isn’t some big fancy setup, just a regular yard with plenty of red dust and the sound of tractors coming and going. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially when it rains and the ground gets soft, but that is just part of the job. We have been here for a while now. Most of the guys working here live nearby and they know the routine well. We stack the bricks, wait for the trucks, and then start all over again the next day. People stop by and ask if we have stock, and usually we do, unless it’s been a really busy week. The Navayard area has changed a lot since we first set up near Roses Garden. There used to be less traffic. Now, with Pavanpark Society right there, it feels much more crowded. We just focus on getting the bricks out and making sure they are dry enough before they leave. It is physical work, and it gets hot out here under the sun, but we are used to it. No one here wears suits or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work early. It's a simple life. We don't have a website or a sales team, we just work.
