Jalaram Cement Product

Jalaram Cement Product operates out of Shed No 739, which is located in the G I D C Industrial Estate Area in Waghodia. This place is a massive hub for all sorts of manufacturing, and our shed is right in the middle of it all. It is a large, open space with high metal roofs that get quite loud when it rains. We spend our days managing the cement production process, which involves a lot of heavy lifting and moving bags around. The floor is usually a bit messy with sand and gravel, but we try to keep the main paths clear so nobody trips. We have a few basic machines that we run most of the day, and the hum of the motors is the main sound you hear in our shed. Waghodia can get very hot, so we usually take our main break when the sun is at its highest point. The GIDC roads are built for big trailers, so we don't have much trouble with access, though the dust can be a bit much sometimes. Most of our workers are from the local villages nearby and they have been with us for a long time. We do not go in for fancy meetings or anything like that. We just check the daily production numbers, make sure the supplies are topped up, and ensure the orders are ready for the morning pickup. It is just a regular industrial job.
