Pavani Technomech Pvt Ltd is found at 1B Extension, Pranav Society. We are right opposite Maninagar Society in the Manjalpur area of Vadodara. It’s a nice enough place to be. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it doesn't feel like a cold industrial zone. Our office is part of the society layout. We have a few desks and some equipment tucked into the corners. Most of the day is spent on the phone or working on the computer. You can hear people going about their daily lives outside, which is a bit different from a big office block. We’ve got a small area for guests to sit, though we don't get too many people just dropping by. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep. We have a water cooler in the corner that glugs every now and then. Vadodara gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. We know the neighbors pretty well and say hello when we see them. It’s a straightforward way to work. No big corporate rules here, just us getting through the pile of work we have. Sometimes we order lunch from the place down the street when we are too busy to go home. It’s a decent life and we’ve been here at Pranav Society for a good stretch of time now. We have a small plant on the windowsill that somehow manages to stay alive despite us forgetting to water it. It’s just a normal office for normal work.
