Patel Real Estate

We are based over at B 20 on Alembic Road, right in the heart of things near Crawford Market. If you know where the Panchmahal Bank is, we are just directly across from there. Patel Real Estate has been a fixture here for a while. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our window. People coming and going from the market make it a pretty energetic place to work. I mostly deal with local property stuff, helping folks find a flat or a bit of commercial space. It isn't a massive operation. Usually, it's just me and a couple of others keeping track of what's available. The market area is great because everyone knows everyone else. You hear about properties coming up for sale just by talking to the neighbors or the shopkeepers nearby. I spend a lot of my time checking out sites and making sure the documents are in order. It can be a bit tedious, but someone has to do it. I don't use any fancy software or big marketing tricks. I just rely on what I know about this part of the city. If you come by the office, don't expect a lounge or coffee. It's just a place to get business done. We have some old maps on the wall and a lot of folders. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we operate. It's simple and it works for the people who live around here.
