We are over at 401 Alkapuri, in the Darpan Apartment building in Sector 22. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being on a main road, which we actually prefer. Our office is on the fourth floor. It’s a decent space where we sit down and talk through real estate matters with anyone who comes by. We’ve been based in Darpan Apartment for quite some time now. Most people find us through local contacts or by seeing our name on the directory downstairs. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the Sector 22 market really well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking through different buildings nearby to see what's available. The vibe in our office is pretty relaxed. We don't wear formal suits unless there’s a very specific reason. Usually, we are just in regular clothes, drinking some tea and looking over floor plans. We try to be as helpful as possible without being pushy. Buying or selling a place is stressful enough, so we just provide the info and let people decide in their own time. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps our lives and our clients' lives a lot easier. We like being part of the Alkapuri community. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, but that gives us a moment to catch our breath between meetings.
