You can find Om Sai Estate Agent over on Ajwa Road. We are part of the Shree Hari Township, right at unit 69. This is right across from the Pancham Plot in the Sayaji Park area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it’s pretty calm throughout the day. We help people find places to live or sell their current homes. The office is small, just a part of the township layout really. We have some chairs out front for when people want to sit in the shade and chat about things. It’s a very local business. We know almost everyone who lives in Sayaji Park and the surrounding streets. Since we are on Ajwa Road, we get people stopping by while they are out running errands. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the local property market. The office is filled with notebooks where we write down who is looking for what. It’s not digitized in some fancy way, just old-fashioned pen and paper for the most part. We like being near the Pancham Plot because it’s an easy landmark to tell people. Sometimes we walk around the township to see if any new signs have gone up. It’s a slow and steady pace of work here. We aren't in a rush and we like to take our time explaining things to the families who come in. It’s just how we do things at Om Sai Estate Agent every single day we are open.
