Om Estate

Om Estate is based out of Shroff Nagar Society on Gotri Road. We are in the A & B wing at number 9. It’s a nice residential area, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Our work is mostly helping people with their housing needs, whether they are looking to buy or just need a place to stay for a year. The office is right in the middle of the society, so we see our neighbors every day. It makes the work feel more personal. We have a small desk and a few chairs for when clients come by to sign papers. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or walking over to show a flat in one of the nearby buildings. Gotri Road has become much busier lately, with more shops and traffic than before. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy when we are busy. It’s just a normal part of running a local business. We don’t use any big slogans or fancy talk. We just tell people what the rent is and what the owner expects. It’s about being practical and getting things done so everyone is happy. Sometimes we share a tea with a client while going over the details. That’s how we like to do things here. It’s a comfortable way to work and we have gotten used to the pace.
