Nivita Engineering Works

Nivita Engineering Works is located at F 17/18 in the B.I.D.C. Industrial Estate in Gorwa. It is a busy part of town with a lot of manufacturing going on. We have been here quite a while. Our shop is where we spend almost all our time. It is full of metal, oil, and the smell of welding. We don't have a big front office or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually have to shout over the machines to get our attention. We handle a lot of fabrication and general engineering tasks. Most of our customers are other local businesses who need something specific made or fixed. We don't use fancy computer programs for everything. A lot of what we do is based on experience and knowing how metal behaves. Gorwa is a tough place to work in the summer because of the heat, but we are used to it by now. We are a small team and we don't have a lot of meetings. We just talk about the jobs over lunch and get back to work. We aren't trying to change the industry or anything. We just want to make sure the parts we produce are solid and the measurements are right. It is a simple way to run a business, but it has worked for us for years. We like being part of this industrial estate.
