New Sunrise School

Waghodia Road is where you’ll find our building. It’s a pretty straightforward place in Vadodara. The New Sunrise School Building stands out because of the big gate at the front. We spend a lot of time making sure the courtyard is swept. There’s always dust coming in from the road. Inside, the classrooms are filled with wooden desks that have been around for quite a few years. We have a small library corner in most rooms with books that have well-worn covers. The teachers here have their own way of doing things, mostly just talking and writing on the board. You can hear the chatter of students from the stairwell during the breaks. We don't use many gadgets, just the basics. In the summer, the rooms stay relatively cool because of the thick walls. The office has a heavy desk where all the registers are kept. We keep track of everything by hand mostly. It’s a quiet spot once the students leave for the day. You can see the sunset clearly from the top floor. People in Waghodia know us as the school near the main stretch. It’s just a place where kids come to sit and learn their lessons. We try to keep the fans running during the peak heat of the day. It’s a regular part of the neighborhood here in 390019. We just keep things moving along day by day without any real trouble.
