Gurukrupa Vidhyalaya

We are tucked away in Navgama, right here in the Waghodiy taluka of Vadodara. The school, Gurukrupa Vidhyalaya, is a pretty simple place. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot. You can see the kids walking in from the nearby areas of Navgama. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we need. We have the classrooms set up with the basic desks and boards. Sometimes the cows wander too close to the gate and we have to shoo them away so the buses can get through. It's a local spot. People in the village know where we are. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. Mostly, it’s just about the daily routine of teaching and keeping the kids busy. During the lunch break, it gets real noisy with everyone running around the yard. We have a few staff members who have been here for years. They know all the families around here. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the paperwork and the state requirements, but we just take it one day at a time. The address is 2, Navgama, and it’s been our home for a good while now. We keep the registers in the main office and there is always someone there if a parent needs to talk. It's not a corporate office, just a regular school where people work hard. We focus on the basics and try to keep the place running smoothly for everyone.
