You can find Career Avenues (I) Pvt. Ltd over in Manjalpur, specifically at C/4 in the Yogi Dershan Flats. It’s tucked away near Manjalpur Township No.2. Our office is inside a residential complex, so it doesn't look like a typical business from the outside. We like it that way because it’s a bit more private for the people who come to see us about their careers. We’ve got a small space with a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once, but we manage. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at job boards. We aren't a big corporate agency with fancy software. We mostly rely on our own notes and the relationships we’ve built in Vadodara over the years. The flats are usually quiet during the day, except for the occasional delivery bike or someone's TV. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the township grow up around us. We don't do much advertising. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. It's just a simple operation where we try to help people figure out their next move. Sometimes we stay late when a big project comes in, but usually, we head home when the sun goes down. It's a steady life. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk to clear our heads.
