Nechral Ice Cream Corner

Nechral Ice Cream Corner is situated in Asoj, specifically near Veraimata Chowk at the 6th B Main and 8th Cross, near the 2nd Cross. We are right across from the Gururdwara Temple. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We started this because we wanted to have a place where families could get a cold treat. We have a few freezers and some chairs outside. It’s nothing too special to look at. We try to keep a decent variety of flavors in stock, but sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to make do with what we have. The kids from the neighborhood come by after school and it gets a bit chaotic then. I usually run the counter myself, and my wife helps out on the weekends. We don't have a big sign, just something hand-painted near the door. The floor gets a bit sticky from time to time, but we mop it whenever we get a chance. It’s a small operation. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are because they live around the temple or pass by on the crossroad. We enjoy the conversations we have with the locals. It’s a slow pace of life and that suits us just fine. We just keep the freezers running and the scoops ready for whoever walks in. Sometimes we sit outside ourselves when it's not too busy for a few minutes to watch the traffic.
