Navrachana International School

Our school is out on Vasna Bhaili Road in the Bhaili area of Vadodara. This part of the city has really grown lately, and there are new houses and apartments popping up all around us. When we first started here, it felt much more like the edge of town, but now we are right in the middle of a busy residential zone. The campus is fairly large and we have to do a lot of walking to get from one side to the other. We have a lot of trees on the grounds, which is nice when the sun is out, but it also means there are always leaves to sweep up. The teachers here are a dedicated bunch, often staying late to finish their lesson plans or help a student who is struggling. We do not have a polished corporate office. It is mostly just stacks of paper and books everywhere you look. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how to keep the kids focused. Sometimes the school bus gets stuck in traffic on the way from the main city, and we just have to adjust the schedule. It is a very human way of running things. We are not perfect, and things do go wrong sometimes, but we just pick up and keep going the next day. It is just a school in Vadodara trying to do things the right way.
