Navjivan Ice Cream

We are located at the Race Course on Ring Road, not too far from the AG office. This part of the city gets quite a lot of traffic, especially in the evenings when people come out to walk around the race course or head home from work. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get onto the Ring Road. The building is a standard commercial setup, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our freezers lined up and the mixing machines in the back. Navjivan has been a name around here for a bit, and we just try to keep things running smoothly every day. The noise from the Ring Road is constant, a mix of buses and cars, but we don't notice it much anymore. We start early, usually before the sun gets too high, to get the first batches ready. The floor is made of rough stone which is good because it doesn't get slippery when we wash everything down. We have a small window where we can see the people passing by on their way to the government offices. It’s a lot of repetitive work, cleaning and filling, then cleaning again. We don't do much in the way of advertising, we just rely on being in a good spot where people see us every day. It’s a straightforward business, just keeping things cold and moving them out to the shops that need them before the evening rush starts.
