Narayan Land & Estate

Narayan Land & Estate is based in C-201, Fatehgunj. We are located very close to the petrol pump. It is a handy landmark because everyone knows where it is. Fatehgunj is a lively area with lots of shops and students from the nearby university. Our office is on the second floor. It is a modest space. We have some old filing cabinets and a couple of desks that have been with us since we started. The walls are covered with local maps. We spend a lot of time looking at them. We aren't a big agency with lots of branches. We just focus on this part of Vadodara. We know the streets and the buildings around here very well. If you come to see us, don't expect a polished corporate environment. We are just real people who know a lot about local property. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know and let them decide. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud because of the traffic near the petrol pump. We are used to the noise. It’s part of being in Fatehgunj. We have a small tea machine in the corner, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. We like our work and we like the people we meet. It’s a straightforward business and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
