MONUMENTAL REALTORS AND INVESTMENTS PRIVATE LIMITED has its home in the Gangotri Building, specifically Flat No. 11 on the first floor. We are tucked away in Haribhakti Society near the Race Course area of Vadodara. It is a nice part of town, quite central and easy to get to once you know where the turn-off is. We have a modest setup here. It’s basically just a few rooms where we handle real estate and investment stuff. It’s not the kind of place with a big neon sign outside. We prefer to keep things a bit more low-key. Most of our work involves sitting down with clients and going through numbers or looking at property plans. We’ve been around Vadodara for a while, so we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our vantage point here. The office is usually humming with the sound of the ceiling fans and people talking on their mobiles. We don't have any polished scripts or fancy presentations. We just talk to people about what they need and see if we can help them out. Sometimes the traffic around Race Course gets a bit much during rush hour, but it’s a good location otherwise. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs, trying to be honest about what’s possible and what isn't in the current market.
