Mittal Happinezz Ice Cream Parlour

This shop is over at Virod L D Ruparel Marg, specifically at D 28. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but people find us. Mittal Happinezz Ice Cream Parlour is where we spend most of our daylight hours. The freezers are the most important thing we own. We have to check the temperature several times a day to make sure nothing is melting. We have different flavors in the tubs, and sometimes we run out of the popular ones faster than we expect. It can be a bit disappointing when someone wants a specific scoop and it is gone, but we just show them what else we have. The space is simple with white walls and a few posters. We keep the spoons in a plastic jar on the counter. It isn't a very quiet place because of the machines and the street noise coming through the door. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit if there is a problem with the line, but mostly it is fine. We have a small sink in the back for washing our hands and the scoops. Most of our customers are families living nearby. They come in after dinner and talk while they eat. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us taking turns. It is a straightforward job. We open up, clean the glass, and wait for people to show up for a cold treat.
