Our office for Mekaster Engineering & Equipments P Ltd. is tucked away at 28, Bina Nagar, right on Vasna Road in Vadodara. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty crowded around here, especially during rush hour. We’ve got a decent setup here where we handle all the engineering stuff and look after the equipment side of things. It’s a regular Gujarat business, nothing too flashy or over the top. Most mornings start with a quick chat about what’s on the schedule and then we just dive into it. We have a mix of younger guys and some who have been in the engineering game for decades. It makes for a good balance because the older guys know all the tricks of the trade. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations or long meetings. We’d rather be out back checking on the gear or talking to the people who actually use the machines. Being on Vasna Road means we are easy to find, which is good because we get a lot of folks dropping in. We just try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it keeps things moving along without too much drama. We like the neighborhood and the people around here make the day go by faster. It is just a normal place with people working hard to get things right.
