Mehtab Engg. Private Limited is located at the Landmark building on Gotri Road. We’re in units 4B and 5B. The Race Course is nearby, which is a nice area of Gotri to be in. We’ve been operating from this office for quite a while. We do engineering work, mostly planning and managing projects. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at drawings. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s got standard desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that don't always work. We’re a small team. We’ve known each other for years, so it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. Gotri Road can get pretty busy during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the mess. We’ve had some good projects over the years and some that were a real struggle. That’s just how engineering goes. You win some and you lose some. We don't spend a lot of time talking about our "vision" or anything. We just want to make sure the math is right and the projects don't fall apart. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it’s kept us in business this long. We don't really do much self-promotion. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It's steady.
