Matchless Engineers

Matchless Engineers is located over in the G.I.D.C. area of Makarpura. If you know the industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of metal and grease. Our unit at 870/15 is just one of many, but we’ve been here long enough that people recognize the sign even if the paint is fading. We do engineering work, mostly making parts for other businesses around town. The shop floor is always moving. We have some older machines that still run like a charm, and we take care of them ourselves. It’s not the cleanest job in the world. Your hands get dirty within five minutes of walking in, but that’s fine. We don't have any flashy slogans or polished brochures. Most of our tools have been here since the start. The guys who work here live nearby, so we’re a local bunch. We like to keep things straightforward. A customer comes in with a drawing or an idea, and we see if we can make it happen. We don’t promise things we can’t do. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much, but we just drink more tea and keep going. We’re not a huge corporation with a board of directors. It’s just us, the machines, and the daily grind. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years and don’t plan on going anywhere. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’re okay with that. It’s honest work for honest people and we like it that way.
