Maruti Traders is over at Fortune Estate on the Hadapasar Padra Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, especially with all the new developments and buildings popping up around Hadapasar lately. Our office in Fortune Estate is pretty straightforward and simple. We don’t have any fancy rugs or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just metal desks, some old chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up. Dealing with traders and transport every day means there’s always something happening that needs our attention. The area outside is always full of vehicles and people moving around in a hurry. Sometimes the dust from the Padra road is a bit much, but we keep the ceiling fans going and just get on with our work. We started here because the location is convenient for getting our goods in and out. It’s not the kind of place where you’d come for a fancy corporate meeting, but it works perfectly for what we do. We’ve been here long enough that the other shopkeepers in Fortune Estate are like friends to us now. We often share tea and complain about the afternoon heat together. Our day usually starts pretty early and doesn’t end until the sun is well down. It’s just the way the trading business goes on this side of town. We don't use any big words or try to act like we’re a huge company. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a local building. The signage is simple.
