We are based at 210Lotus Plaza 30 Meter Gotri Lotus Plaza Laxmipura Road. It’s a decent area with plenty of other businesses around us. Working at Additol Lubricants Limited means dealing with a lot of barrels, paperwork, and logistics every single day. The plaza itself is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving something or a truck arriving with a delivery. We’ve been in this office for a good stretch of time now, and the walls are covered with old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled to ourselves. It’s not the most glamorous office you'll ever see, but it works for what we do. We don’t spend our time writing fancy mission statements or using corporate buzzwords. Instead, we spend our time making sure the orders are right and the products are moving out the door like they’re supposed to. The staff here is a small group. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. Sometimes the traffic on Laxmipura Road gets a bit heavy in the afternoons, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s honest, practical stuff. We’ve grown accustomed to the rhythm of the plaza and the noise from the street. It’s our home away from home, and we like the way things are set up here. It might not be fancy, but it is where we belong.
