You can find Satyam Composites at 505/6 in the Gidc Makarpura Industrial Estate. Makarpura is a big area for industry, so we are surrounded by all sorts of factories. Our building is a standard industrial shed style. We work with composite materials here. It can get a bit dusty because of the materials we use, so we always have the vents running. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of some machine humming or a fan whirring. We have a small office section at the front, but most of the space is for production. We aren't trying to be fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the work. We’ve been here in Gidc for a long time. The workers know their jobs well and we don't need much supervision. We eat lunch together in the shade when it’s hot. Dealing with composites takes a bit of patience and we’ve learned that over the years. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been in the estate for years. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of shop. We just come in, do the work, and make sure the orders are ready on time.
