We are based at 2 GIDC Indi Estate, Makarpura. This is a very industrial part of town, so you’ll see nothing but warehouses and factories for miles. Bundy India Ltd. has its setup here where we work on tubing and small parts for vehicles. The building is a typical industrial shed, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the production lines. We’ve got workers who have been with us for years, and we all just know what needs to be done. It’s a noisy place, with the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of the conveyor belts. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we’d rather keep the machines running well. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside in whatever shade we can find or in the small canteen. The Makarpura area gets very dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we’re always cleaning the surfaces. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't have a lot of meetings or long presentations. We just look at the orders for the day and get to work. Most of the time, our focus is just on making sure the dimensions are right and nothing is leaking. It’s practical, hard work that keeps us busy from morning till evening. It’s been our daily routine for a long time now and we just stick to it without much complaint.
