Maruti Service & Land Estate

Our office is in the Dhanlaxmi Complex over in Nizampura. We are on the ground floor, at number 5. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Arpan Complex and just behind Kala Kendra. It is a very active area with lots of shops and offices all around. We deal with land and estate stuff, so there is always a lot of talk about property and paperwork. It is a small office, but we keep it busy. People come in with all sorts of questions about plots or houses. We try to give them straight answers based on what we know. There isn’t any fancy furniture here, just some basic chairs and a table where we can look at maps or documents. The fans stay on all day to keep the air moving. Since we are on the ground floor, we see everyone walking by. It is a good spot for keeping an eye on things. Sometimes we stand outside for a bit to get some fresh air and talk to the other shop owners. We have been here long enough that we feel part of the building's life. We don’t make big promises. We just tell people what is available and let them decide. It is a practical business. We keep our records in order and wait for the next person to walk through the door.
