We are located at 13 Sunhari Premises on Subhanpura Bhatar Road. It’s right across from the Vimalnath Complex, which is a big landmark around here. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the entrance of the premises. The office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to walk in off the street. Real estate in this area has been changing a lot lately, and we see it all from our window. There is always someone coming in to ask about a plot of land or a house for rent. We keep a lot of files and maps around to show people what’s available. It’s not a very quiet office because people are always dropping by to talk. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving, though it gets quite humid in the rainy season. Our desks are usually covered in newspapers and tea cups. We’ve been working in Subhanpura for a long time, so we know which roads get flooded and which ones are quiet. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually brings people in. It’s a busy life, jumping from one meeting to another, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. The guys at the shop next door always have some gossip about the neighborhood. We just try to stay honest and do our job every day. It’s just how we operate.
