Maruti Machine Tools

We have been operating out of Plot No. 60 on Road No. 9 in the Manjusar GIDC area for a good while now. Being on Savali Road means we see a lot of trucks and industrial traffic every single day. Maruti Machine Tools isn't a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. It is a workshop where we get our hands dirty and make sure the machines are running how they should. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and the smell of oil hitting the air. It is loud, and sometimes it gets pretty hot under the roof when the sun is beating down on the GIDC. We usually have a few guys working on different lathes or milling setups. There is always a pile of metal shavings somewhere that needs sweeping. People come by looking for specific parts or help with their own equipment problems. We do not really do much talking unless it is about the job at hand. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the floor. It is just how things are here in Savali. We have seen other shops come and go, but we just keep doing what we do at Plot 60. There is not much to say other than we work hard and try to stay organized among all the heavy iron. The floor is stained with years of work, and that is fine with us. It shows we have been busy. Anyway, that is basically what goes on here daily.
