Maruti Engineers

Maruti Engineers is our little workshop located at 336/42 in GIDC Asoj. It is a standard industrial unit where we spend most of our time getting our hands dirty. The floor is made of hard concrete and it is covered with the marks of many years of engineering work. We have benches with various tools and machines that we use every day. It is never quiet here, as there is always some kind of cutting or welding going on. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. The office part is just a small desk in the corner with a phone and a ledger. We don't have a website or do any fancy advertising. Most people in the GIDC know who we are and what we do. The yard outside often has bits of metal and old parts waiting to be recycled. It is not the cleanest place, but it is where real work happens. We like the community here in Asoj because everyone is pretty much doing the same kind of thing. We open up the workshop early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. We just take the jobs as they come and try to do a decent job for everyone. It is a simple life of making and fixing things, and we have been doing it this way for quite some time now. We finish up when the sun goes down and start again tomorrow.
