Mars Property Dealer

Mars Property Dealer is located over at B 57 in the Industrial Estate, right by the Katamnallur Gate and Panchwati Society. It’s a busy spot with all the trucks and people moving around the estate all day. We spend most of our time dealing with factory plots and some residential spots in the society nearby. Being right at the gate means we see a lot of traffic. The office is simple. We have been here for a while and seen the whole industrial area grow up around us. It used to be much quieter, but now there is always something going on. Dealing with property is mostly about knowing who is selling and who is looking to move in. We keep a ledger of everything. It’s not always easy work because the rules change and the prices go up and down. We just take it day by day. Most of the people we talk to are local business owners or families looking for a house in Panchwati. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw the sign or someone told them to stop by. We sit here, handle the documents, and go out to see the sites when the weather is okay. It’s a basic operation but it works for us and the people who live and work in this part of town. It is just a way to earn a living in a place we know well.
