Maktel Sytems

We are located out in the Waghodia GIDC estate at units 1201 and 1202. It is a big industrial area and it can get pretty loud with all the factories around us. We have been working here for a while now, mostly focusing on systems and electrical panels. The office is a bit of a mess with papers and drawings everywhere, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, just a few guys who have been doing this for years. We usually start the day with some tea and talk about what needs to get finished. It’s not a fancy corporate office with air conditioning in every corner. It gets quite hot in the summer and we just use big ceiling fans to keep the air moving. Most of our customers are other businesses in the estate or nearby cities. We don't do much advertising. People just know us from our work over the years. We try to be practical about things. If a machine breaks down, we fix it. If a client has a question, they call and talk directly to us. There is no waiting on hold or talking to a machine. It is a simple way of doing things but it works for us. We stay busy enough without needing any big marketing plans. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out on time every week because that is what matters.
