P. C. Tech

P. C. Tech is located at Plot No. 298-2 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. We’ve been here for a while, mostly helping out the other businesses in the estate with their technical problems. It started with just fixing computers, but now we do a bit of everything related to tech. Our shop is small and usually filled with cables, monitors, and half-broken machines waiting for parts. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We don't use fancy marketing talk because our customers are mostly our neighbors in the estate, and they just want their stuff fixed fast. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door is open, just walk in and yell hello. We might be in the back working on a motherboard. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to tell people to wait a few days, which isn't always fun. But we don't overpromise things we can't do. We’re just a couple of guys who are good with electronics and decided to make a living out of it. We don't have a big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just take one job at a time, fix what’s broken, and try to keep the local businesses up and running. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy every day of the week. We like it that way.
