Our place is over at Plot 903-a in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes with all the metal and equipment we have lying around. Being Vivial Forge means we deal with a lot of heat and heavy lifting. The floor gets dusty pretty fast no matter how often we sweep it. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time, and most of us know the neighbors around the estate pretty well. It’s a loud environment, but you get used to the sound of the hammers and the machines after a week or two. We don’t really do fancy meetings or anything. Usually, if someone needs something, they just come back to the shop floor. We spend most of our hours making sure the parts are coming out right. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather stays cool, which isn't often. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the paperwork, but nobody spends much time there. It’s mostly about what’s happening out in the main area. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the gate and the address on the wall. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We’ve got a small crew and we all know our roles. It’s a lot of manual labor, but it keeps the lights on and the work moving forward.
