Versatile Engineers

Versatile Engineers is based out of Plot No. 307-4-1 in the Gidc. The name reflects that we try to handle a bit of everything when it comes to mechanical work. One day we might be fixing a motor, and the next we are bending steel frames for a local warehouse. We have a variety of tools hanging on the walls, and honestly, we probably have too many of some and not enough of others. The floor space is usually occupied by whatever the biggest project of the week is. We have to walk around things carefully to avoid tripping. The air is always a bit thick with the smell of machine oil and metal dust. We have a big sliding door at the front that stays open most of the day to let the breeze in. It is a good spot because we are close to the main road through the estate. People often drop in just to ask for advice on how to fix something themselves. We don't mind helping out when we have a spare minute. It is just a small group of us here, and we work hard to make sure nothing leaves the shop if it isn't done right. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on the people in the Gidc knowing where we are and what we can do.
