Springlock Engineering Industries

Being at Plot No. 160 in the Gidc. Estate keeps us right in the thick of things. Our name is Springlock Engineering Industries and we have been working out of this spot for a long time. Engineering is a lot of precise work but the shop floor itself can be a bit chaotic with all the tools and parts lying around. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just the workshop and the machines we use every day. The Gidc. Estate is a loud place with lots of other businesses doing their own thing right next door. We know the people in the neighboring plots pretty well. Sometimes we share a tea in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. We are usually covered in a bit of grease by the time the day ends. That is just the nature of what we do at Springlock Engineering Industries. We take our work seriously but we don't feel the need to talk about it in a grand way. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand. Plot No. 160 is our home base and it serves us well. The machines have their own rhythm and you get used to the sound after a while. It’s a decent place to work and we keep busy from morning till night. Most days we are just glad to get the work finished correctly.
