Shiv Shakti Engineering

Shiv Shakti Engineering is based out of Plot No. 937 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too fancy, just four walls and a roof where we spend most of our waking hours. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s always a faint smell of machine oil in the air. We’ve got a couple of big machines that take up most of the space, so we have to be careful where we walk. Most of us here have been doing this for years, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the rhythm of the work. We don’t have a lot of meetings or fancy discussions. Instead, we just look at the drawings or the parts and get to it. Sometimes the weather makes it tough, especially when it gets really humid and the metal feels sticky, but we just keep moving. The GIDC is a big place, and Plot 937 is just one small part of it. We don't bother with marketing or trying to sound like a big corporation. We’re just a small team of engineers who do the process of making things from scratch. Our days start early and often end when the sun is already down. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we know, and we’ve been doing it this way for as long as I can remember. We just try to get the pieces done so they're ready.
