Sahjanand Engineering Works

Working at Sahjanand Engineering Works involves dealing with a lot of heavy metal and oil. Our workshop is based at Plot No. 739 in the Gidc Industrial Estate. It is usually quite loud because of the lathes and the grinding machines, but you stop noticing the noise after a few days. It is just the sound of us being busy. We are not some big corporation with different departments for every little thing. Often, the person who picks up the phone is the same person who was just working on a machine a minute ago. We like to keep things simple. If someone comes by with a broken part, we take a look and figure out how to fix it. The industrial estate is a crowded place with many different manufacturers as neighbors. We mostly just mind our own business and stay focused on the work at hand. There is always some maintenance to do on the equipment to keep it running right. At the end of the day, the floor is covered in metal shavings, so we spend some time sweeping up. It is a routine that has worked for us for a long time. We do not spend money on advertisements or brochures. People in the area know where we are. We just stay here at plot 739 and do our engineering work. It keeps us busy and we like seeing the finished parts ready for delivery.
