S B Engineering

S B Engineering is located right here at Plot No. 495-1b. We share this little corner of the Gidc Ind. Estate with a few other businesses, which makes it a fairly busy spot during the day. Our workshop is not particularly huge, but we have managed to fit in all the equipment we need to stay busy. We do a lot of custom work for people who bring in broken parts or just simple drawings they made themselves. It involves a lot of careful measuring and cutting. Sometimes we get the piece exactly right on the first try, and other times it takes a few adjustments to make it perfect. We do not mind putting in the extra time. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and a bit of oil, no matter how often we try to sweep it up. It is just part of the job. We have some older machines that we have fixed up ourselves more times than I can even count. They have a bit of character, I guess you could say. We do not have a large staff, just a few of us who are comfortable with a wrench. We talk quite a bit while we work, mostly about things happening in town or what we are doing for the weekend. We just want to do honest work and keep the shop going at Plot 495-1b.
