Riddhi Engineering

Riddhi Engineering is a small setup located at Plot No. 902-2-g, Gidc Ind. Estate. We mostly do machine work and part fabrication for other businesses around the area. The shop is usually full of metal shavings and the sound of the lathe. It isn't a place for people who mind getting a bit of grease on their clothes. We started this place because we had the skills and a couple of good machines. Since then, we have just kept going. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking to each other in the estate. We like the work because it keeps us busy and there is always a new problem to solve. Sometimes we have to scratch our heads for a while before we figure out the best way to cut a piece of steel. The workshop is functional, not pretty. We have tools hanging on the walls and spare parts tucked under the benches. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of orders, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world, we just want to do a decent job and go home at the end of the shift. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it here in Gidc. We usually take a break for tea when the afternoon heat gets too bad. That's our daily routine at the plot.
