Prakash Engineering Works

Prakash Engineering Works is located at Plot No. 323-a within the GIDC Industrial Estate. We share this general area with a few others, but our workshop is easy enough to spot. We do a lot of heavy metal work and fabrication here. Most days start early with the sound of grinders and welders. It’s a very practical environment. The walls are lined with tools we’ve collected over the years, and there’s always a project half-finished on the main bench. We aren’t really into the corporate way of doing things; we’d rather be out on the floor than sitting at a desk. If you come by, you’ll likely see us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of grease on our hands. We handle things like structural frames and machine parts for local factories. It’s physical work and can be quite tiring, especially when the humidity is high. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on the quality of the work to keep people coming back. The GIDC is a noisy, busy place, but it suits us just fine. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them properly. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best, day after day. We don't need any more than that to be satisfied.
