You can find our workplace over at Plot No. 917-3 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. It is a decent-sized plot, and there is almost always something going on inside the gates. We have been based here for a good number of years now. The building is older and shows its age in places, but it works just fine for the engineering projects we handle every day. Most of our staff live in the surrounding neighborhoods, so it feels like a local operation. We spend the bulk of our hours out on the factory floor rather than sitting behind desks. There is a constant hum of machinery in the background that you just get used to after a while. We don't really do the whole formal meeting thing very often. Usually, we just gather around a machine to talk about what needs to be finished before the day ends. The GIDC area is always busy with lorries and delivery vans, which makes it easy enough to get things in and out. We try to keep our tools and parts in some kind of order, though it often gets messy when we are right in the middle of a big job. That is just part of the process for us. We have a small office for the necessary paperwork, but the real heart of the place is in the back with the equipment. It is a simple, practical setup for people who just want to do their work and go home.
