Niyati Poly Plast

Niyati Poly Plast is located in Block No. 13 of Uma Society. We’re right near the Sangam Harni Road area. It’s a busy part of town, which keeps things interesting. We work with plastics here. It’s a practical business. We’ve got machines and materials all over the place. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most of the people around here know us. We aren’t some huge factory with thousands of workers. It’s just a handful of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We deal with orders as they come in. Some are small, some are a bit bigger. We don't really have a polished front office. It's more of a workspace where we get our hands dirty. The society is a good location for us. It’s easy for trucks to get in and out when they need to. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about the weekend. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we’re working hard. We don’t make a big deal out of things. We just do the job and head home. There’s always more to do tomorrow. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the shop floor gets a bit cluttered during a big run. We just clean it up and start again. That’s life here for us. It is simple enough.
