You can find Asian Windtec Ltd. at Plot No. 185-b, Gidc Ind. Estate. We share the area with a few other workshops, so it stays pretty lively. We have been operating from this building for a long time now. It is a bit crowded with all the components we keep in stock. We deal with wind-related tech, which means a lot of big parts sitting around. The space is functional, though it gets hot in the summer months. We have a few fans going, but they mostly just move the warm air around. The staff here has been around since the start. We know each other’s families and what everyone likes for lunch. We do not bother with corporate titles much. Everyone just does what needs doing. If a shipment arrives late, we all stay a bit longer to get it sorted. The Gidc Ind. Estate is a good place for us because there are plenty of suppliers nearby. If we run out of bolts or some basic tools, someone can just walk down the road and get them. It saves a lot of time. Our office is just a corner partitioned off with some plywood. It is where the paperwork lives. We do not host many meetings there. Most decisions happen right on the floor next to the workbenches. It is a practical way to run a business without any of the extra fluff people usually expect these days.
