Nima Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

We are Nima Engineering Pvt. Ltd., and we work out of Plot No. 872 in the GIDC Industrial Estate. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we can get our engineering work done. We have been here for several years now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We show up, turn on the lights, and get the machines warmed up. There is always a lot to do, with different projects usually happening at the same time on different benches. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs fixing, one of us just grabs a wrench and fixes it. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. The air smells like metal and coolant, which is something you just get used to after a few days. We don't have a marketing department or anyone trying to sell things. Most of our customers are people we've known for a long time. They know where we are and what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate, and we all just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It’s a chance to catch up with the people from the neighboring plots. We like the community feel here. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and it keeps us going. We’re just regular people doing a regular job.
