Jaydeep Engineers

Our workshop is over at 197-d in the GIDC Estate in Makarpura. Vadodara is a big hub for engineering, so there’s always something going on around here. We are surrounded by other workshops and small factories, so there's a constant hum of machinery in the air. At Jaydeep Engineers, we focus on mechanical parts and repair work. The shop floor is always busy, and there’s usually a thin layer of oil on everything. We have some older lathes and milling machines that still work perfectly if you treat them right. My uncle started this place years ago, and I took over after learning the ropes from him. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a handful of skilled guys who know their way around an engine or a blueprint. Sometimes we stay late on a Tuesday because a client needs a part fixed urgently for their factory. We drink a lot of chai to keep us going. The office is just a small room with a desk and some old filing cabinets. We don't have any flashy signs or anything. People come to us because they know we’ll get the job done without any fuss. It's a practical business, and we take pride in the stuff we make, even if it’s just a small component for a bigger machine. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
