Jagat Engineers

Our workshop, Jagat Engineers, is located at Plot No. 62 in Gidc, Makarpura. We are just a small team of people who like working with machines. We have a few basic pieces of equipment and several workbenches where we do our fabrication and repair jobs. The place isn't particularly clean or shiny. The concrete floor has its share of oil spots and the walls are filled with racks of tools. We like it that way because we can find whatever we need in a hurry. We spend most of our time measuring, cutting, and fitting parts together. It takes a lot of concentration, but we’ve been doing it for so long that it’s like second nature to us now. We don't have any salesmen or fancy brochures. Usually, when the phone rings, it’s a regular customer asking for a quick fix or a specific part. We try to get everything done on time, though sometimes we are at the mercy of the suppliers. Makarpura is a great location for a shop like ours because we are surrounded by other industrial businesses. If we run out of something small, we can usually find it just a few doors down. We don't have many rules here, except that everyone needs to pull their weight. We keep the big doors open for the breeze. It’s just a practical, honest way to run a shop at Plot No. 62.
