Indian Engineering Works

Indian Engineering Works has its home at Plot No. 303/12 in the GIDC Estate. It is a modest setup compared to some of the giant factories around here, but it suits us just fine. We have enough room for our equipment and a bit of storage for the parts we use every day. The work is mostly hands-on. We spend a lot of time at the benches or looking over the machines to make sure everything is spinning correctly. It is the kind of place where you expect to get your hands dirty. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone needs to talk to us, they usually just walk into the shop and find one of us near the tools. The GIDC atmosphere is always a bit hectic, with trucks coming and going, but inside our plot, we try to keep things organized. Some days are smoother than others. Sometimes a tool wears out or a shipment is late, and we just have to adjust. It’s about being practical and getting through the list of things that need fixing or making. We have been in this spot for a while and the neighbors know us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the engineering tasks that come our way each morning without making a big fuss about it.
