Our workshop is tucked away at Plot No. 78-2-10 in the Gidc Ind. Estate. Gajanan Engineers is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. It's not the most stylish building you'll ever see, but it serves its purpose for the kind of engineering work we do here. Every morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what orders are pending on the clipboard. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role without having to be told twice. Sometimes the coffee is cold and the machines are stubborn, but that is just life in an industrial area. We don't have a front office with a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely find us right there on the shop floor. The air smells like burnt metal and cutting fluid, which is something you get used to after a week. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, and we know the neighbors well enough to borrow a tool now and then. There isn't any secret to what we do at Gajanan Engineers. It's just about putting in the hours and making sure the parts fit together. We don't bother with those big corporate meetings. We just look at the schedule and get to it. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. The estate can get busy with trucks, but we just stay focused on our little corner.
